Hi Mike. I am Dave Hockett son of Jack Hockett and grandson of Cicero Hockett, Your dads brother. Nice to hear from you I remember meeting you but its been about 40 yrs lol. I have found out that John W. Hockett lived just North of Grantfork, IL. he died in what was called the Sugar Creek flood of 1847. he was born in High Point N.C. in about 1803.
