If you have the birth date of your grandmother Carrie and county/state she was born in then you should have an approx date of death as well as the county to order a copy of her death certificate. Actually posting this information or at least a month in 1919 and state gives us with sources a better chance to help you.
Dellie can be a nick name for Delia, Dellia, Delphine or just a separate name she went by like a person being called Peggy for Margaret.
