If you look at the 1910 TN James County census there is a Grover Holder listed as a boarder on a Ritchie household that is one household above Jess Lowe's household with daughter Della. In fact the Randle Ramsey household with son Logan is 4 households below the Lowe household. So the Holder, Lowe and Ramsey families were all neighbors.

TN Death Index has a Grover Holder b. June 12, 1898 ( should be 1891) d. August 11, 1914 in Harrison, Hamilton County, TN, he was married and parents were George Holder and Rebeca Glover.

1900 Census Hamilton CO. TN Grover Holden/Holder b. June 1891 age 8 is listed as a step-son in the Joe Ritchie household with wife Rebecca.

So here is the family as I see it.

Grover Holder s/o George Holder and Rebecca Grover marries Della/Dellia/Delllie Lowe before 1914. Has daughter Mary b. 1913/1914 in Hamilton or James County. Grover died Aug 1914 in Hamilton Co. Dellie then goes back to parents and then married John Logan Ramsey 1916 in James Co, has dau Carrie. Dellie died April 1919 in Hamilton County and is buried in Harrison/Harison, Hamilton Co. TN.
Look for Carrie's birth in TN as well as AL for Oct 1918 as if she was born Oct 1919 she would only have been 4 months old in 1920 census, not 1 yr and 4 months.

James County TN went bankrupt in 1919 and all the County records were supposed to be given to Hamilton County. In fact the 1920 census where Randle, Logan and Carrie Ramsey were counted/listed in Hamilton County noted on the top of the page the area was once a civil district of James County.
