Samuel Holding-Wake Co. NC

I recently found my Elizabeth, wife of William Brewer, was a dau. of Samuel Holding of Wake Co., NC who died abt 1800.Could anybody provide any info on Samuel?Did he have a will, who were his other children, his wife, where was he from?
