My husband's father was Fred Holding born in Burlington, Ontario, Canada in 1901.Fred's father was James H. Holding born in 1884, Stalybridge, county of Chester, civil parish Stalybridge, England (I don't know if the correct spelling is Stalybridge or Staleybridge).He immigrated to Canada (? year).I'm trying to trace him back for my husband. I know Fred had 3 siblings - Harold, Laura, and Marjorie.I believe he married Jane Bell (first wife).If anyone knows anything, please let me know.Thank you.Joanne
