Jennifer, I'm compiling information on Holdings/Holdens into family groups, I call it "The House of Holding" - U.S. Holding families along with any ties to England if possible. I have 26 Holdings born in 1897 but none of these are William Fredrick Holding. So, I'll start another family group with your family. I did find where William Frederick was born on 13 July 1897 on the internet - probably your input. If you have more information I would like to add it to my collecton. My grandfather was a Smith (Jerome, son of Caleb)- born in the Chestertown, NY area - one in a million chance on this one.
