Holding Family Tree

Hi, there Im researching William Holding and His wife Emma Nee Thompson. They married abt 1840 in England. They had a son Samuel born 1843 Lancanshire, and a daughter, Susan Born Geddington, Northamptonshire. Willam, Emma, Samuel and Susan left England in 1849 for South Australia, Australia on the barque the "Rajah". They settled in South Australia and had three more sons. I have most of the Australian family tree research done but have no information back into England. Would love to hear from anyone who thinks there may be a connection.
