I am searching for The father of William H. Holdren, died 1871 in Miami County, Kansas. Married Hannah Coe circa 1812.

A few of his children were:

Samuel S. Holdren m. Elizabeth

According to an aunt who was doing this research a few decades ago, his parents were John Holdren and Cornelia van Tienhoven (of the Cornelius van Tienhoven of New Amsterdam).
Also, she has his grandparents as Joseph Holdren and Grace Coleman of Rev. period. However, the dates don't match up for this to be possible.

Does anyone have a clue??
