Sorry if I've sent this twice. Computers and me don't work well!!!!!

I have managed to trace my Holdway family tree back to Thomas holdway b. 1853 who lived with his wife Hannah in Hanley Stoke on Trnt. I then have a less definate link from him to his (possible) father William Holdway b 1823 from Whiston/Kingsley Staffs who was as you say born in Ashmansworth.

If you could help me to confirm thjis link and take me back any further I would be extremely garateful
