The John Daniel Holiday book is about the Mormon Pioneer. He is an ancestor of my husband's family.My husband's grandmother was Eva Nellie Holiday Cushing from Santaquin, Utah.I would like to obtain a copy; but, I understand it is out of print.Do you know a source for this book?I have tried Amazon already.
