Is anyone searching for John Hollingsworth who is on the census of Rapides Parish, LA in 1820 & 1830.? My ancester Charlotte Hollingsworth married Eli Ratcliff in Catahoula Par., LA in 1833.Her sister Caroline S married Thomas Thompson ca 1830.They both inherited in 1837 from ElizabethBagley Bowen who was the dtr of Timothy Hollingsworth's wife Susan Johnson and her 1st husband Peter Bagley in Florida. For years I thought Charlotte was the dtr of William born 1790 but after lots of research and trip to FL and Camden Co, GA I think her father was the John in Rapides, LA.I beleive Charlotte was a grand dtr of Timothy because of Elizabeth Bagley Bowen estate and because Leon S Hollingsworth index cards say that she was a grand dtr of Timothy.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks....Vernon F Johnson---Houston, TX
