I am looking for family who have information on Lydia (Eda) Hollingsworth Carroll who married Hardy Carroll both born in Duplin County, NC mid 1700's. Lydia is the daughter of Henry Hollingsworth b: 1715 Duplin County, NC.His son-in-law Austin Beasley was married to Mary Guy and then his daughter Polly Mary Hollingsworth Carroll b: 1782/86 m: Dec 15, 1803 in Duplin Co., NC.Austin Beasley is my 3rd greatgrandfather and his son Austin, who settled in Dale County, Alabama is my connection. Austin's home built in the 1770's is located in Sampson County, NC at http://www.sampsonhmc.com/museum.htmlhttp://www.sampsonhmc.com/museum.html
Mary Hollingsworth Carroll's 3rd greatgrandfather is Valentine Hollingsworth b: Aug 15, 1632 Ireland. Austin owned property around Abraham and Solomon Beasley who were from Beasley Island, Craven County, NC and John Beasley b: 1685 NC. Austin's will dated 1822 listed (Eda) Carroll to remain on their land after his death. Any information would be appreciated.
