Unfortunately, DNA testing is still pretty primitive, and the only tests that are usable involve unbroken male lines, which our group uses, and unbroken female lines, which we don't.
There should be plenty of proven descendants of Henry of Valentine through an unbroken male line in North Carolina and Florida; somewhat to my surprise, we haven't found one yet.
