Re: Zebulon HOLLINGSWORTH's in Georgia.

There were three Zebulon Hollingsworth's in early Georgia and they were father,son and grandson.The first Zebulon Hollingsworth settled in Burke county GA in 1769 and died c.1783,his son Zebulon born c.1755 died in Tattnall county GA in 1826 and his son Zebulon b.1789 died after 1850 in Coffee county Alabama.The Zebulon Hollingsworth Sr. and Jr. on the 1820 census of Tattnall county are the son and grandson of the first Zebulon Hollingsworth 1722-1783 who was the son of Stephen Hollingsworth and Ann Robinson.

Valentine Hollingsworth the son of Stephen Hollingsworth and Ann Robinson and the brother of the above Zebulon was married to Vear (Vera) Lanier who I believe was the sister of Benjamin Lanier who moved from Duplin county NC to Bulloch county GA with Valentine Hollingsworth,Benjamin Lanier's grandaughter Elizabeth Lanier was married to Valentine Hollingsworth Jr.,Elizabeth's parents were Bird Lanier and Elizabeth Dixon who married after Bird's death John Hollingsworth,son of Valentine and Vear.

Zebulon Hollingsworth 1755-1826 and his wife Rebecca had seven children,one of which was Zebulon 1789-1855? who married Phoebe Sapp,after Zebulon died his widow Rebecca and his two daughters Dorothy and Bethany and their husbands moved to Thomas county GA,Rebecca died Feb 16,1832 in Thomas county.

I'm descended from Jesse Hollingsworth,son of Zebulon 1722-1783,Jesse moved from Burke county to Twiggs county GA,I descend from his son Cornelious who moved from Twiggs county to Thomas county GA and lived near Dorothy and Bethany Hollingsworth,Dothothy was married to Boaz Stanaland and Bethany was married to William Dekle whose father John Dekle was my GGGG grandfather,thus I'm kin to Bethany two different ways.
