Looking for Thomas R Hood, Jr.

Hiyas everyone. I am searching for Thomas Roger Hood, Jr. his dob 12-04-1968. As far as we know he is still alive and well but we have lost contact with him. We know that he did reside in Shelbyville IN at one time. My family and I are trying to locate him and have had no success as of yet. We have information for him that he needs to know.
