John Hooper, 1675 Deed in S.C.

John Hooper and William Cason, got a land grant for 240 acres in South Carolina on Nov. 27, 1675...believe this was in Berkley Co., SC.......in August 10th, of 1678 ..there was a conveyance from John Hooper to Dennis Mahone....Location...Ashley River in Berkley Co., SC...
Does anybody know anything about this John Hooper?
