Mary Durham of Caswell County, NC to Isham Dalton of same, 270 acres in Hanover County, Virginia joining a place called Cold Harbor and now in possession of Mrs. Hooper which land was willed by her father John Garrett to her and to herbrother John Garret, Dec 24, 1800. Witnesses William Corum, Jesse Dalton, John Dalton.

Isham Dalton of Caswell County, NC to Marmaduke Williams of same, 270 acres in Hanover County, Virginia at Cold Harbor, now in possession of Mr. Hooper said land conveyed Dalton by Marah Durham and willed to her by her father John Garrott. October 22, 1806. Witnesses Jesse Dalton, James Arnett.
