Clarence Horton 3 years old in census

He is in the home of Andrew and Mary (McMurtrey) COOK in
the 1910 census of Brown,Stephens Co. Oklahoma. Most of
their childen had married/left by that time. Does anyone
have an idea of who would be the father/mother of 3yr old
Clarence Horton? Is not with Andrew in 1920 who appears to have moved back to Boone Co. Ark. This Cook family had also
lived and had children in Missouri before moving to OK about 1901.Their parents from GA,TN.KY we think. Help
with this would be greatly appreciated.
