Amos Horton of Surry county, Virginia

For all who are researching Amos - I found the following while I was in Salt Lake City 2 weeks ago:

Surry county, Virginia court records 1691-1700

Apr-Jul 1699 Amos Timms a servant to CaptHenry Tooker came into country this present year shipping in the ship Anne and Mary. Capt Tooker says Amos is about 13 yrs old.

The DNA study of our Amos Horton only goes to him but the DNA matches the TIMMs family DNA and the Phibbs family - no Horton family.DNA does not lie.Also if you do the calculations you can see that Martha could not be a daughter of Amos Timms.
