Pages of book in my possession

I have two numbered pages (32-33) which may or may not have come from a ook called Pine Hill Cemetery People and Times.This cemetery is located in Orange County? NY.They may have come from another source.The headings on the pages say "Descendents of Barnabas Horton."

The Barnabas is the Southold LI, NY Barnabas.

Can anyone fill in the gaps here?I would like to get a copy of the cover of that book.
