Price.Samuel was born March 18, 1830 in New York City, New York, and died April 13, 1910 in Ipswich, Edmunds County, South Dakota.He married (1) Sarah Ellen House Bet. 1853 - 1854 in Wisconsin.She was born Abt. 1837 in New York, and died December 1860 in Wauzeka, Crawford County, Wisconsin.The couple had two children: Thomas J. Burlock, born Abt. July 30, 1855 in Crawford County, Wisconsin; died September 09, 1890 in Wauzeka, Crawford County, Wisconsin and Albert A. Burlock, born Abt. 1859 in Crawford County, Wisconsin; died Bef. 1900 in Minnesota.Both sons married and had children of their own.

Samuel then married (2) Mary Jane Childs July 28, 1867 in Wauzeka, Crawford County, Wisconsin.She was born December 1849 in Wisconsin, and died February 03, 1918 in Aberdeen, Edmunds County, South Dakota.The couple had two children:Gertrude Ann Burlock, born February 1877 in Allamakee County, Iowa; died February 10, 1947 in Washington and Frederick Warren Burlock, born July 11, 1880 in Clayton County, Iowa; died December 31, 1930 in Edmunds County, South Dakota.Both of these children also married and had families of their own.
