Trying to find a WIlliam House b. Feb.1800 in NC

I am trying to find a WIlliam House b. Feb.1800 in NC. Disabled and cant do the Ancestry thing ($$$), but would like to find his parents. Not sure on location, but based on family stories, believed to be Cabarrus County, NC.
Any help would be appreciated.
