I, too, am researching a House family from Philadelphia.I have a William House, Sr (born around 1787–1788 in England) who married a woman named Sarah (I'm assuming they married in Pennsylvania, after he immigrated, as she was born around 1802 in Pennsylvania, but I have no maiden name or further info on her).They had 9 children, including a William Jr, and the line I'm researching is through William Sr & Sarah's son Charles House Sr, whose own son Charles House Jr made his way from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh.
