My HOUSE family was in Spartanburg Co., SC.They were part of a large group that went there from Frederick Co., MD so I'm sure that mine were part of your group.My earliest known ancestor was John HOUSE, b. 1760 in Brunswick Co., VA, d. 18 Sep 1848 in Lauderdale Co., AL; married Catherine "Catheny" WESTMORELAND, b. abt. 1765 in Brunswick Co., VA, d. abt. 1850 in Lauderdale Co., AL.Their daughter Elizabeth HOUSE, b. abt. 1787 in Spartanburg Co., SC, d. abt. 1853 in Lauderdale Co., AL, married Larkin HENDRIX and they were my 5th greats.
