Robert Stanley Hoy, Sandgate, VT

I'm trying to locate information on my grandfather, Robert Stanley Hoy, and his family.Robert was born in Sandgate, VT, possibly 9/6/1891.He married my grandmother, Thea Alice (or Alice Thea?) Klanderud from Sioux City, IA.They became church missionaries and moved to France where my mother, Madeleine Hoy, was born.Robert's father was either from Scotland or Ireland. His mother was Agnes Tate of Scotland.
