Searching for Huckins Ashby, MA Indian Connection

Hello,
My Huckins roots are based in the Ashby/Leominster MA area - Charles W. b. 1831 NH & Lydia Huckins had about 11 children in the 1850-1860's Minnie, Moses, George, Frank, Susan, Ella are some.They are said to be descended possibly from the Indian Massacre at Deerfield.If anyone has any information on Charles W. and the background it would be greatly appreciated!Beth M.
