Mark Rueben Hull, Dorset Eng. to Ontario, Can. 1869-1942

My grandmother, Ida Kate Hull, was born in East Orchard, Fontmell, Shaftsbury, Dorset, in 1898.Her siblings were Frances and William.

Her father, my g grandfather, Mark Rueben Hull, was born in Fontmell, Dorset, in 1869.His brother, Frank, was born about 1865. Mark Hull married Katura Bastable (1864-1939).

Mark Hull's mother, Jane (maiden name unknown,) my gg grandmother, was born in Margaret Marsh, Dorset, in 1828.She was widowed before the 1881 census, which shows her living at Blackmoor Common, Fontmell Magna, Dorset, at that time.

Mark Hull and his family emigrated to Port Perry, Ontario in about 1920.He died in 1942.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who can extend this line farther back or connect to it.
