Thought I should update my previous message.I know now that William Hurt son of John M. Hurt and Louisa McGuire is not MY William.I was looking for William Samuel Hurt.I now have found an application for each of these men for a veterans home in Richmond Virginia.I did more research and found where William Hurt son of Louisa McGuire lived with his family up until he applied for the old soldiers home.And I had found one for my William Samuel Hurt.So I know now that they are two different people.If anyone wants where to find this information just go to this web site and type in the names and compare for yourself.
