John Husbands SC 1787

A land deed from Marlboro County SC dated 1787 shows that a John Husbands sold land to John Wilson, land which, was at one time in possession of a William Hamer and that the "sd. Hamer having no issue, the land fell to his sister, the then wife of sd Husbands."

Does anyone know of this Hamer-Husbands relation.The William Hamer may be a first cousin of John Hamer born Queen Anne's County, MD late of Anson County NC who owned land in both NC and SC

William Hamer of Queen Anne's County, MD had sisters Hennrietta and Maryanne.
