How do you say it?

Well, Lynda when the phone rings I answer to about anything, but my father's family came to the U.S. from Dundee, Scotland about a 100 years ago and they, and we, have always gone by the sound of "engles" or "ingalls". I tell folks only the spelling is hard. Some say not all Inglises are related as the name is for people who lived near England. Some do pronounce it "ing-liss" and others changed the spelling, but a great many surnames have been changed, especially in America. Bill Inglis
