Samual Irvine m Sarah Stratton b 1811 Ireland

Does anyone have information on this couple, who moved from Ireland to Glasgow where children John Irvine and Thomas Irvine b 1842 (my great-grandfather) were born.
Thomas Irvine married Margaret Shiels (b 1839) in 1866 in Partick, Glasgow. Her parents also emigrated from Ireland, Patrick Shiels (b 1806)and Margaret (Mary) Carlisle b 1816.
I suspect both families may come from the Enniskillen area.
Look forward very much to hearing from anyone who might know where they lived to be able to pick up the trail in Ireland.
