Perry L Irvine was my gg-grandfather.His father was Benjamin O Irvine, son of John Irvine and Catherine Maxey. John Irvine had three sons two of which, I have been unable to document.I am speculating, based upon some correspondence left by Perry, that their names were George and Samuel.George was likely killed in a farming accident at a young age and Samuel was a land developer along the Ohio River between Gallipolis and Cincinnati.Samuel never married.I believe that John Irvine arrived in Ohio around 1798 as part of the Ohio Company and decided to stay.

I have lots of information if you're interested including pictures of grandpa Perry and grandpa Benjamin as well as the locations of most of the Irvine's grave sties.

When you mention Leah, are you referring to Leah France, daughter of Edward France and Jennie Irvin?If so, I believe that I have pictures of Edward and Jennie France.
