Family of Isenberg from Germany moved to USA

I am looking for Caroline (Wilke) Isenberg family side. Caroline Isenberg came from Walkdick, Germany and she was born in 1845.I don't have no information of her side family. She has a daughter name Marie Lisette (Isenberg) Blancken. Will you help me to find family of Isenberg of her brothers/sisters and her parents information.
