Hi John...Thanks for responding to my post...It would be nice if we are desendants from the same Jackson family...then maybe I could obtain some correct information. i'm amazed at how much incorrect info is out there...As far as i've been able to trace my family came from Virginia to North Carolinia then to Marion County South Carolinia for several years and then made the journey to the Vineland area of Marengo County Alabama. My Grandparents Edward Jackson and Minnie Dixon owned a farm between Dixon Mills and Thomasville. This is where my dad and all his siblings were born...would enjoy exchanging info with you. Edward
