WW2 - Horst, Netherlands

My father served in the Westminster Dragoons, 79th Armoured Division (mine clearing tanks)during WW2. I have amongst his papers a business card signed by SOPHIE JANS-SNELLEN & baby,wishing him good luck. I have foiund out that she married a Theodorus Johannes Jans in Horst in 1941, her maiden name being Snellen-Zanders. I wonder if any of her descendents are still alive?
