Frederick JANSSEN

I am researching the life of Eleanor Wilson Hill (1905-1997?) who married Frederick Janssen in the 1933-1939 period. They were later divorced. Hill was from Tennessee, worked in schools in Greensboro NC, and then became a librarian in NYC. So, it is possible Janssen came from one of those areas. Any information or leads would be appreciated.
