William Jensen - Iowa around 1956 ?

I am trying to help my mother find her father William Jensen. She tried about 15 years ago and got nowhere so gave up.

I would like to have information about family medical history and have some to share with any aunts/uncles/cousins/grandchildren and hopefully William.

I don't have a lot of information to go off of since my grandmother Shirley Ann (Brody) Jensen passed away about 10 years ago. Due to circumstances I am not sure of all of William's information.

Here is what I do know.

My grandmother Shirley and William had a daughter together in June of 1957. I know that Council Bluffs area was mentioned in passing but know that Shirley most likely would have resided in either Perry or Des Moines Iowa when they met.

My grandmother would be almost 70 this year if she was still alive. I *think* William would be in his early 70's but not much older than 75.

They were only married a few years maximum. I am not positive on what day they married or when they divorced and since I dont know what county they married in its kind of hard to track down that information.

I do know my grandmother said that my mother, my children and I have all got his amazing blue eyes.

I know this is a long shot but can someone help me ?
