Harry Peter Jensen and his father Hans Peter Jensen

Looking for help with a 15+ year old brick wall.Looking for any little clue on the marriage of Hans Peter Jensen.Here is what I have:Harry Peter Jensen joined the Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Forces in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada in 1916 to fight in WW I, stating that he was born 27 July 1887 in Boulder Colorado.and his next of kin was his father Hans Peter Jensen, address of next of kin is Baker. USA.

Have been to Boulder CO and no birth record exist for him.Have been to Baker MN and it's a wide spot in the road, so nothing there.

I have all the details for Harry from 1916 until his death in 1950 in Seattle Washington USA but not a single bit can be found about his parents.To make matters worse the verbal family history states that Harry was an only child.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
