I believe you may be talking of my brother-in-law Bill from Glenwood Iowa.Yes had the Blue Eyes!! He passed away in 2007.All of his siblings have passed on with lung cancer I believe. Diabetes also ran in the family.
He has sister-in-law that would know quite a bit of info. He also has family in Black Hawk Rapid City regions of South Dakota and Pierre.

His wife is still alive. I don't know for sure how many children he has.
