I do believe after using the information you provided (area) and using google to search that we are indeed talking about the same person.

I had sent an email before I decided to check google.

My mother is Cathy Rae Jensen. She is listed as Kathy Rae Jensen in the online obituary I found for Bill.

I dont know where to go from here but hope to hear back from someone soon. I have relayed most of this information on to my mother.
