Hi, are you still looking? If so I recommend the Denmark forum and feel sure the answers can be found. It helps them to help you if you post as much information as you know about the person, and include any records you have found. For example, naming the child/children of Johanne and Jens can be very very helpful. If Johanne and/or Jens died in Denmark or in the USA, that can be helpful to know. Precise locations are a big help - Aalborg is an amt in Denmark with many parishes and even the city of Aalborg itself has more than one parish. I did search Dansk Datagrafisk Database but found more than one Johanne Marie Jensen born about the same year in Aalborg amt, so it is her marriage record that will be needed to differentiate her. Her parents will be named on it, and she will stand out in the census as their child. I suspect all this can be accomoplished, if not already.
