There is no way of knowing if the above Johanne belongs to Robert, as there is too little information with which to begin.
To follow the posted candidate back in time, here is a candidate for her parents. Birth places were not included until the 1845 census.

Danes often used an "identifier" name following their first name + patronymic name. In Danish records the same person may appear with or without that "identifier" name. Below, in 1850, this father is likely the same person as Jens Pedersen in the records above (same approximate age, same birth place, same occupation). So now we know this man used the identifier name "Møller." In English, this would be "Miller."
Aalborg, Hindsted, Vive, Ringelsig, et huus, 9, FT-1850, C1446
Jens Pedersen Møller 49 married, hjulmand, huusfader, born Lyngby Sogn, Aalborg Amt

Else Kirstine Jensdatter 15 deres børn, b in Siem Sogn, Aalborg Amt
Mariane Jensdatter8 deres børn, born in Siem Sogn Aalborg Amt
Another 1850 census record shows a Johanne Marie Jensdatter working as a hired helper on a nearby farm. Without her family members around her, it is impossible to identify her with certainty, but she seems to be the same Johanne as our candidate.
