Jeske or Iseke

Hello:
I am looking for Christoph Iseke (also called Jeske).I don't know why there are these two very different spellings for this surname.The Chrisoph I am looking for was married to Anna Margaretha Waldhelm.They were the parents of Christoph Iseke who was born 24 January 1799 in Silberhausen (which I believe is in the German State of Thuringen) and who married Anna Maria E. C. Gleitz
Does anyone have any information on Christoph?
