I have no specific knowledge about this couple, but I suspect that they might be tied to the "Hawbottom" Johnson Family of Frederick, Maryland. These Johnsons are descendants of Thomas Johnson, 1712-1778, whose seven children settled in Eastern part of the now U.S.A. The database of these two families (Johnson & Thrasher) reveal a number of Johnson/Thrasher marriages.Review the several queries published in cemetery genealogical forum online dated in early 2000. The first query provides the general aspects of the set up and burials for the Johnson Family descended from Thomas & Mary(Rogers) Johnson. The second provides a list of names for about 35 burials. Both the Johnsons & Thrasher families have published well-developed genealogies. Two references you will find of value, available in major libraries, are "Names In Stone,(in two volumes, by Holdcraft), "Bridge In Time" (an every name account of the 1850 Frederick County, Maryland census by Hitselberger & Dern)There is a Thrasher Family association of ancestor hunters which you will find to be very helpful for you.Good Luck!
