Re: William and Martha Johnston

My great-grandfather, William Daniel Johnston, was born in
Omagh, Ireland and made his way into southern Ontario
(Bothwell and Chatham) and owned land there.He married
Ann Burke, however, from Isle of the Sky.


I have a book written by Marion Johnston in 1975, titled,
"The Good Old Days", which is a history on the Johnstons.
While there is alot of info in there, (including alot
of Williams and Johns!), the dates you have given aren't
the same.However, it is quite likely that we are related
somehow.A second volume to the book is due out anyday,
now, and when I receive it I'll give you any information
I can out of it to help.
