Do you know if John Johnston and Jane McLeod had any other children other than Alexander?

My ggrandfather John Johnston's parents were John Johnston and mother's name not sure of, may have been McLean??My ggrandfather may have been born in Glasgow in 1833 and also had some family connection to the Isle of Islay.He came to Canada around 1855.
