Re: Ebenezer Johnson from PA

You have not been on for a long time so I hope you are still out there. This might be a little confusing. I have a Elizabeth Johnston who was married to Thomas Bevington around 1783 in Beaver Co Pa. I know they were from Washington Co Pa before and that he might have been born or lived in Maryland. They had a daughter Mary Johnston born Oct 31, 1782 who married our ancestor Benjamin McGaffick. Benjamin had a brother, Andrew, who was married to Ann Glass, who was a daughter of James Johnson and Ann . Benjamin's first son was named Jesse Wallace McGaffick and his second son Thomas J (johnston,Johnson?) McGaffick married Eliza Johnson, parents unknown. I know that some of the McGaffick's moved to Kentucky and spelled their name McGavic.
Being that we have alot of the same names in the same area I was hoping you might be able to shed some light on this longshot. Thank you.Colleen
