Seeking parents/siblingson Curtis Joiner b 1815, GA d 1868, buried at Holmes Freewill Chr Cem, near Ariton, AL.His wife was named Elizabeth 1815, GA d 1912, buried a Mt Pleasant Chr Cem, Enterprise, AL.Curtis, was not listed on any census until 1866, Barbour Co, AL. but all of his children were born in AL. The first record in AL is in Nov 1860, when he and about 35 other citizens of Pike Co, AL, joined the Buckhorn Resistance Group, this was shorty after Lincoln was elected Pres.Ch. Anna b abt 1847, AL, married Benjamin Warrick,Artiemisia b 1 Mar 1850, married Harrison Lewis, Louise J b abt 1845, AL, married Daniel Dansby, Mary b married Isham Dansby, Francis b abt 1859, AL, married Lindsey C Thompson, Louisana/Melissa b abt 1853, AL married Joseph G Sasser.I have alot of infomation on his children would ge glad to share. Other Joiner's living in Barbour/Pike Co, AL 1820-1870, were Nathan & Cynthia Joiner, Benjamin & Angline Joiner, Edmond Joiner, s/o Nathan Joiner, John C Joiner, s/o Benjamin Joiner.All of these Joiner's lived very close I'm sure their is a relationship.
