Sarah Elizabeth Tune Joiner Woods was the daughter of Thomas Tune, born circa 1790-1800 and Sarah Elizabeth "Betsy" Hickman Tune, born circa 1794 in North Carolina, daughter of Snowden Hickman, Sr.Thomas Tune married Betsy Hickman in Wayne County, Tennessee October 04, 1815.Sarah & husband Gibson Joiner were in Wayne County, Mo. 1850 dwelling #511.Known siblings of Sarah Tune Joiner Woods were Henry Tune(living in Wayne County, Mo. in 1850, dwelling #522), Samuel Tune and James Tune, all four born in Tennessee. Two other Tune families that I believe were related lived in Crawford County, Missouri in 1850, about 100 miles from Wayne County, Mo.They were Jonathan Tune and family and his brother David Tune and family.
