Thanks for writing. I'm sorry but I don't know the names of Emily Joiner's parents. I don't know if this helps. I was told Emily's mother was living with Roderick and Emily. I was also told that Emily was Cherokee. I don't know how true this is. I found Roderick and Maggie on the 1900 census living in Stephens Co. The town is called Gunsight,Texas. Two of Emily's and Roderick's children are living with them. Emily's and Riderick's grandchildren are also listed . I'm at a loss. Someone sent me info that said Roderick was buried at Rising Star in Eastland Co. I called Eastland and looked on the internet. No Roderick Stubblefield listed in Eastland Co. Do you have any info where Roderick is buried. Also do you have any info on the town where Maggie and Roderick were married in.Here is the link on the census info.
